At Berkshire Hathaway, we're lucky enough to have not just one, but three exceptional leaders in our midst. 

Kalama Kim, our President, is a visionary pacesetter who has achieved great heights through his dynamic and innovative approach to leadership. He has an expansive knowledge base that encompasses all facets of the real estate industry, and he is known for his forward-thinking yet grounded and realistic perspective. In recognition of his outstanding leadership, Kalama was even elected as the new President of the Hawaii Association of Realtors! Kalama's leadership style can be characterized by an open-door policy and an eagerness to collaborate with our team, whether it's inquiring about the latest A.I. platforms or devising unique "For Sale" sign ideas. By fostering a culture of collaboration and promoting synergy, Kalama has created an environment in which everyone around him can thrive. His passion for pioneering new programs and techniques has led to exciting opportunities for the company, while his attentiveness to local matters has earned him the admiration and respect of our members and the industry as a whole. We are truly fortunate to have such a close connection to a creative and accomplished industry leader like Kalama. 

Meanwhile, Chairman and Principal Broker Earl Lee is a true industry veteran who brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to our team. He’s been in the industry longer than many of us have been alive (no offense Earl), and despite his tenure, he's still got the energy and enthusiasm of a rookie. He is a natural leader who has the ability to command attention without saying a word, and his poise and composure are highly admired throughout the industry, earning him the prestigious Realtor of the Year award in 2022. Earl leads by example and has instilled a culture of integrity and hard work that is deeply valued by our team. His relaxed demeanor creates a comfortable atmosphere, while his witty remarks keep you engaged and on your toes. Diplomatic by nature, he provides a sense of stability for the company and his vast experience serves as an inspiration to us all. We feel privileged to have such a wise and accomplished leader at the helm. 

If that wasn’t enough, Scott Bradley, our CEO, is another distinguished real estate juggernaut. With a track record of success, he has served in key positions for a variety of community and professional organizations, including the Hawaii Community Development Agency, Young Presidents Organization, and the National Association of Realtors, among many others. He has been recognized with awards such as the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year as well as Realtor of the Year for his accomplishments within the industry. Most notably, in 2015, Scott and Earl both played major roles in bringing Berkshire Hathaway Home Services to Hawaii! We are grateful to have such proficient leaders like Scott and Earl guiding our team. Their contributions to the industry and our company are immeasurable, and their mentorship has been invaluable to our growth and development. With his proven leadership skills and commitment to excellence, Scott is well-positioned to lead the company to even greater success in the future!
